Acceptance

By using OverlayMend you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Permitted use

OverlayMend is provided for lawful editing of media you own or are authorized to edit. You are responsible for complying with the rights, licenses and terms attached to any media you process, and with the terms of the platforms that generated it.

Scope & no warranty

The tool processes supported visible overlays only and results are not guaranteed to be perfect. OverlayMend is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Independence

OverlayMend is not affiliated with Google, Gemini or Veo. It does not remove SynthID, C2PA provenance or invisible watermarks.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OverlayMend and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.
